Emergency First Aid
Aim: To train employees to the standard required to the standard required by the Health and Safety Executive for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
Aimed at: Employees who are required to be a First Aider in their place of employment or individuals wishing to learn lifesaving skills.
Assessment: There is no external examination. Candidates will be assessed throughout the course and if competency is achieved, an Emergency First Aid Certificate will be awarded. The HSE now recommend annual refresher training.
