
Delivering Service Excellence - East Neuk Standard
This workshop is running on two Thursday mornings instead of one whole day: 24th June and 8th July. There is a one-day course running in St Andrews on the 1st July.
Now SQA-endorsed, this workshop comprises one part of the three requirements for achieving the East Neuk Standard for customer service. Booking this course enrols your staff members for the entire Standard package, which includes an online quiz about Fife and the East Neuk, and a post-workshop self-assessment in the workplace. By the end of the training, participants understand more about the East Neuk and the wider picture of the importance of customer service to the Scottish tourism industry.
They will also be able to:
- identify at least 3 ways to deliver outstanding service;
- list three methods how to demonstrate a positive attitude;
- explain how to deal with feedback (positive and constructive);
- explain how to improve service on an on-going basis.
