
Health and Safety First Aid at Work
Aim: To train employees to the standard required by the Health and Safety Executive for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981
Aimed at: People who are required to act as the designated First Aider in their place of employment.
Outcomes: On completion of this course, candidates will be assessed in theory and in practical aspects of First Aid to the HSE approved standards. Successful candidates will be awarded a First Aid at Work certificate with a validation period of three years. This should be renewed before the expiry date by attending a twelve-hour refresher course.
